Returns
We are unfortunately unable to offer cash refunds on any purchases. Store credit only. Any returned items will be the responsibility of the Customer, we do not cover return postage costs. Items can be returned to our store at Ruby’s, 169a High Street, Auchterarder, PH3 1AD.
Stock
While we try our best to keep our stock online up-to-date, it is possible that on occasion our items may go out of stock after you purchase from our website as we are a small boutique store with selected seasonal items. If this happens we will be in contact to let you know as soon as possible and a full refund will be issued.
